Questions clients ask first
What should I bring to the first meeting?
Your bank statements for the period, last year's tax return if you have one, and payroll details if you have employees. After you book, Mariam sends a short list of exactly what is needed in your case.
How much does it cost?
There is no fixed price list: the fee depends on the amount of work and is agreed per month, quarter or year. You get a quote after a short conversation, before any work starts.
How do I send my documents?
Not through this website. After you book, Mariam will explain a safe way to share your documents. Never email Social Security numbers or bank details.
I'm not in Washington. Can you still help?
Yes. Mariam works with clients in any state: the meeting is a video call, documents are shared online, and nothing requires a visit to the office.
I received a letter from the IRS. What now?
Don't put it aside: most notices have a deadline. Book a time and bring the letter — Mariam will explain what it means and how to respond.
